The Problem
EWSouk, a USA-based eCommerce brand operating on Shopify, was facing serious operational challenges due to a disconnected system between their online store and internal processes.
Their existing ERP setup was not able to handle multiple operations efficiently. Inventory, order management, accounting, and payroll were being managed with limited visibility and heavy manual effort.
Key issues included:
- Lack of real-time synchronization between Shopify and the ERP system
